When is AQUA Live: Leadership Retreat 2025?

Who is the show intended for?

This year, we’ve shifted our focus to leaders in the pool and spa industry. If you’re a top-level professional — such as a manager, executive or leader — we’d love for you to join us. We’re excited to move the industry forward through collaboration, growth and insight with top pool and spa professionals.
What does it cost to attend AQUA Live: Leadership Retreat, and what does it include?

Pricing will be announced in 2025. Pricing includes Monday workshops, Tuesday and Wednesday education, breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and receptions on Monday and Tuesday evening.
What is the dress code?

During the day, business casual. During evening hours, Florida weather equals Florida dress code. Dress comfortably for the weather, and while indoors, make sure to dress for air conditioning.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to questions@aquamag.live. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after Oct. 15, 2025, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If AQUA Live: Leadership Retreat does not take place, a full refund will be offered or you can transfer your registration to the 2027 show.

Important! Do you have a REAL ID-compliant license?

The REAL ID Act goes into effect in 2025. On May 7, 2025, every air traveler, age 18 and older, will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (like a passport or U.S. military ID) for boarding commercial aircrafts. Generally, if your license has a star in the upper right-hand corner, it's a REAL ID, but check your state driver's license agency to make sure. For more information, visit the TSA website.

What are on-site registration hours?

Monday, December 11th, from 10:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday, December 12th, from 7:30am-2:00pm.
