When is AQUA Live 2022?
The show will take place Oct. 5-7 (Wednesday-Friday) in Charlotte, N.C. Pre-conference events will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 4-5. The trade show will be open Oct. 6-7.
Where is the show located?
All seminars, workshops and the trade show are located at:

The trade show will be in Exhibit Hall B and the keynote will be in the Crown Ballroom. Preconference courses and seminars will be located in Rooms 209A-F and 211.
What are AQUA Live’s COVID-19 safety precautions?
AQUA Live is committed to the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, partners and staff. AQUA Live will follow all federal, state and city of Charlotte health and safety guidelines.
The Charlotte Convention Center is proud to have received the Global BioRisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR Facility Accreditation. GBAC is a division of the International Supply and Sanitary Association (ISSA), the worldwide cleaning association. This accreditation program assesses cleaning and disinfection practices and infectious-disease prevention. GBAC is an accreditation created for outbreak prevention, response and recovery. By registering and attending AQUA Live, you agree to follow all health and safety requirements of AQUA Live and the Charlotte Convention Center while on the premises and at the event.

In October, Charlotte's average high is 72 degrees, while the average low is 50 degrees.

Where should I stay?
A wide range of hotels are available, ranging in price from $135 to $219 per night. Hotel blocks will open April 1.
I'm bringing my family. What can they attend?
Free Expo-only badges are available for spouses/guests to visit the trade show. Children are not allowed in seminars. Children are not recommended on the expo floor, but if they do attend the expo, they must be properly badged at the registration desk.
What is there to see and do in Charlotte?
The Queen City has lots to do and see, including the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Explore Charlotte for information on sporting and cultural events, as well as transportation, golf, shopping, nightlife and dining information.
Will the speakers provide handouts during the sessions?
Register by September 21 and you'll receive a link to download and print out the session handouts in advance, or download to your laptop, iPad or smartphone via AQUA Live’s mobile app. Some speakers will provide handouts on-site.
What is the dress code?
Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.

Will I get a registration confirmation?
Registration opens April 1, 2022. If you register online, you will receive a receipt as soon as you submit your payment. If you register by email, phone or mail, you will be mailed a paid invoice within three weeks. If you have not received a written confirmation within three weeks, please contact us at 800-722-8764 or 608-249-0186.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to questions@aquamag.live. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after Sept. 21, 2022, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If AQUA Live does not take place, a full refund will be offered or you can transfer your registration to the 2023 show.
